To access any of our services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
Must be a NZ/Australian Citizen or Resident.
Must be aged between 10 - 23years, 11 months.
Must be living in Wellington (excludes Hutt Valley, Porirua, and Kapiti Coast), or have no fixed housing.
Must not be studying at University (including Victoria University, Massey University, Toi Whakaari, NZ School of Dance and Otago University).
Evolve offers a unique, One-Stop-Shop support experience, with access to healthcare, social support, groups and programmes and counselling.
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate everybody's needs - and depending on which services you require there may be a wait time before you can enrol.
If you are enrolling for Counselling, AOD support or Strength Coaching, there is an onboarding process, including a 1-hour onboarding appointment where we take the time to know you, your values, strengths and support needs a bit better. Because of this, there is a waitlist for these enrolments at present, as we only have a limited number of onboarding appointments.
