Evolve offers a unique “One-Stop-Shop” support experience, with access to healthcare, social support, groups and programmes, and counselling.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate everybody's needs - and depending on which services you require, there may be a wait time before you can enrol. Please be aware that because of high demand, we may close enrolments temporarily.

Primary Health Care (full enrolment): OPEN

Sexual Health Services (casual enrolment): OPEN to on the day/casual walk-in appointments.

Social Support (youth or social worker): OPEN

Counselling: CLOSED

To access any of our services you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Must be aged between 10 - 23 years, 11 months.

• Must be a NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident.

• Must be living in Wellington (excludes Hutt Valley, Porirua, and Kapiti Coast), or have no fixed housing.

• Must not be studying at Victoria University, Massey University, or any tertiary institution / university with a student health service.

Please note - there is an onboarding process to enrol at Evolve, including a 1-hour intake appointment where a relevant member of our team will get to know you, your values, strengths, and support needs a bit better. There is a waitlist for enrolments as we have a limited number of intake appointments available each week.
