The Learning Connexion (TLC) is a tertiary school of creativity and art offering NZQA-approved programmes for students who want to explore their creativity, develop their artistic practice and learn in a hands-on, supportive environment. Based in Lower Hutt, TLC also offers Distance Delivery, so students from anywhere in Aotearoa New Zealand can study from home while staying connected with a Creativity Kaiako and other creative learners. Their New Zealand Certificate in Creativity (Level 4) has an intake at the start of Term 4, 12 October, for students wanting to study onsite at their Lower Hutt campus. Looking ahead to Term 1 2027, enrolments are open for both the Level 3 Urban Art programme and another intake of Level 4 creativity. More scholarships will also open in October for study in 2027.
