Evolve is a ‘one-stop-shop’ youth service which offers primary health care, sexual health, social support, counselling, peer support and activity based projects.

All of our services are free and confidential for New Zealand residents* aged 10-25.

New opening times

Evolve's opening times have changed!

Clinics:

Monday: 1-5pm
Male only clinic: 5-7pm (fortnightly)

Tuesday: 1-4pm

Wednesday: 1-6pm
Sexual Health Clinic 1-4:30pm
Drop in clinic: 2:20-3:40pm

Thursday: 1-7pm (nurses only)
Drop in clinic: 4:45-6pm

Friday: 1-6pm

Hangout space:
Open 1-4pm on weekdays

How to 'Sign Up'

The first time you come to Evolve for medical services you will need to register as a patient. 

A youth support worker will sit down with you and type your details into the computer.  It only takes 5 minutes and there’s no paperwork for you to fill out!

If you want to enrol with us as your main health service (like a family GP) you'll just need to fill out a couple of forms and we'll take care of the rest.

How to get an appointment

Once you’re registered with us you can make an appointment any time.  It’s best to make appointments in advance where possible, so just give us a call on 801 9150 or drop in and talk to a youth support worker.

*Non-residents

Non New Zealand residents need to pay a small fee to use our clinical services:

Nurse consultation: $25
GP consultation: $30
Immigration medical: $50
