Governance

Evolve is a not-for-profit organisation and is governed by Te Whanganui-a-Tara Youth Development Trust.

The trust board has 12 seats and is made up of a majority of young people, with some specific seats for Maori and for the Tenths Trust, who we are in a partnership with as Mana Whenua of Wellington. 

Evolve’s trust board members are volunteers from a wide range of backgrounds and experience. The board meets monthly to discuss and monitor how the service is going and holds a public AGM (annual general meeting) each year.
