What is Evolve?

Evolve is a youth service in central Wellington for young people aged 10-25.  Young people are actively involved in all levels of the service, from day to day operation to service delivery and governance.  Thousands of young people from all kinds of backgrounds, ethnicities and lifestyles have visited the service since we opened in June 2004.

All of our services are free and confidential.  We offer primary health services including a GP, nurses, sexual health, counselling and social support. We also provide peer support, information, referrals, and a hang out space where young people can drop in and play foosball, use the computer, grab a cup of tea or coffee, or join in with our programmes and activities.

Any young person can come to Evolve and choose which service they would like to use, sign up for an activity or just hang out for a couple hours and chat to other young people.
